Works Perfectly

This is a simple app that compresses PDFs (not rocket science—and not debatable as some 1 star reviewers have claimed) and does it w/ a succinctly purposeful interface which provides an enjoyable user experience (i.e. easy to use).

Sometimes PDFs are as small as they can be so this tool, or any PDF shrinking tool, will not reduce the size of the file because theres no smaller size to go to. But most files, especially scanned documents get greatly reduced.
